In Greene County district court Danielle Brady Ferguson, 33, of Jefferson was granted a deferred judgment Nov. 2 after she pleaded guilty to a charge of theft-second degree, amended from theft-first degree. She was placed on probation for two years. A civil penalty of $750 was suspended. Ferguson must pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $21,762.89 restitution to Kum and Go. A judgment was entered in magistrate court in a case initiated in district court in which Ann Sayre, 55, of Jefferson was charged with domestic abuse – second offense. The charge was amended to assault-simple and Sayre was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. She must pay restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees in an amount to be determined. Persons pleaded not guilty in district court as follows: Christopher Simon Hernandez, 29, of Jefferson, criminal mischief-second degree; Christopher Hollis Christian, 35, of Grand Junction, manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana; Michelle A. Christian, 30, of Grand Junction manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana; and Kurtis Bradley Langfitt, 26, of Grand Junction, conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine, burglary-second degree and burglary-third degree. Trial dates were set for Dec. 15 in every case.
A case was initiated against Kera E. Tesdahl, 27, of Boone on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone) – first offense.
